 Jenner's Pond
Jenner’s Pond began as an idea of the Southern Chester County Hospital. It is now the single longest installation we have done. Phase 1 (1998) was the congregate building at the top of the map. Phases 2, 3 and 4 were groups of independent duplex homes.
Phase 5 will be four mid-rise apartment buildings in the right center of the site. The rolling hills of this southern Pennsylvania area were a good laboratory in which to develop our campus-type system. The residents can walk around inside and outside their home with the freedom and assurance they are in contact with the staff should the need arise. Like all of our campus installations, there is flexibility to add devices, move devices or change scope as the residents age in place in their retirement homes.
